Mama's Fish House First to Fund New Fish Aggregation Device (FAD)
mahi-mahi fishIn cooperation with Maui fishermen and the Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council, Mama's Fish House launched a new FAD buoy in waters off Maui's northeast shore. The buoy is anchored to the seafloor at a depth of 15,000 ft., GPS enabled and in waters that are habitat for pelagic species of fish such as mahi-mahi. Mama's Fish House has been buying fish from Maui fishermen for over 40 years, they are the first step in fulfilling our mission of providing our customers a truly Hawaiian hospitality experience. 808-579-8488.

Friends of Mokuula Returning Glory to Hawaii's Paramount Cultural Site
